Layered aromas of black cherry, lavender and fresh ocean spray reflect fresh and savory flavors of raspberry, rhubarb and earthy cedar. Beautifully pure in texture with elegant and fine tannins. The finish is clean, crisp and balanced, accented with a lip-smacking salinity.

The Elswick Vineyard located in the Anderson Valley offers a combination of the valley’s marine influence and coastal fog that contributes to the unique character of the wine. Considered to be one of the coldest growing sites in the Deep End area of Anderson Valley. Soils include Loam, Sand & Silt with a cane pruned trellis system resulting in approximately 2.5 tons per acre on average. Bright red fruit and floral aromas complemented by earthy undertones contributes to the unique character of the elegance and refinement.
